Our three apartment buildings are all on the barrier island,
one block from the ocean surf, and are located in

Daytona Beach, Florida

We personally own and manage our apartment properties and take
pride in giving our tenants prompt, personal and effective service.

City water service and pest control services are included with your lease.
Other utilities (electric, gas, telephone, cable) are your own responsibility.

Our apartments are available on six month or annual leases.
One bedroom and two bedroom apartments are available.
AMI students are welcome to apply with us for special terms.
